If your application operates below 12 GHz, the FMAT7467-10 serves as a viable drop-in replacement with no significant performance degradation. For systems operating above 12 GHz up to 18 GHz, using this substitute will lead to unstable attenuation, performance degradation, or outright failure; therefore, it is not a suitable replacement in this higher frequency band.
