1. OP293ESZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion Not a viable substitute. The OP293ESZ is an ultra-low-power, low-bandwidth general-purpose operational amplifier. Its gain-bandwidth product (35 kHz) and slew rate (0.015 V/µs) are orders of magnitude lower than those of the original part (350 MHz, 470 V/µs). Consequently, it is completely incapable of processing any mid- to high-frequency signals and is suitable only for DC or very low-frequency applications such as sensor signal conditioning. Furthermore, it is a single-channel device and cannot directly replace a dual-channel component in a multi-channel application.
2. ADTL082ARZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion Not a suitable replacement. The ADTL082 is a JFET-input dual op-amp featuring very low input bias current. While it matches the original part in channel count and supply voltage range, its critical high-speed performance parameters—gain-bandwidth product (5 MHz) and slew rate (20 V/µs)—are significantly inferior to the original specifications (350 MHz, 470 V/µs). This performance gap renders it incapable of functioning in circuits requiring high-speed response, such as video signal processing, high-speed data acquisition, or pulse handling. Additionally, its higher input offset voltage (1.5 mV) makes it less suitable for high-precision DC applications.
