1. TSV912IYST Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended and requires careful evaluation. The TSV912IYST offers similar bandwidth (8 MHz) and slew rate (4.5 V/µs) to the TLV2782IDGKR, along with lower input bias current (1 pA). However, its input offset voltage is significantly higher at 4.5 mV (far exceeding the original's 250 µV), which can severely degrade DC accuracy. This makes it unsuitable for offset-sensitive circuits such as high-precision amplification or sensor signal conditioning. Furthermore, its minimum supply voltage is 2.5 V (compared to 1.8 V for the original). If the original system operates between 1.8 V and 2.5 V, compatibility cannot be ensured. Although the TSV912IYST offers higher output current (35 mA) and is AEC-Q100 qualified, the critical parameter mismatches restrict its direct replacement in low-voltage, high-precision applications.
2. LMV822IYST Substitution Conclusion
Direct replacement is not advised. The LMV822IYST has a lower gain bandwidth product (5.5 MHz) and slew rate (1.9 V/µs) than the TLV2782IDGKR, which may degrade high-frequency response performance and render it unsuitable for signal processing requiring higher speed. Its input offset voltage (3.5 mV) and input bias current (60 nA) are significantly worse, introducing substantial DC errors, especially in circuits with high-impedance sources or precision amplification. Although it features lower supply current (300 µA per channel), stronger output drive capability (70 mA), and automotive-grade qualification, the core performance parameters deviate too far from the original. Substitution may only be considered in applications with minimal speed and precision requirements and a supply voltage ≥ 2.5 V.
