1. TSV992AIYST Substitution Conclusion The TSV992AIYST serves as an excellent, even upgraded, replacement for the TLV2622IDGKR. It matches or surpasses the original part across all key performance parameters: offering higher bandwidth (20 MHz vs. 11 MHz) and slew rate (10 V/µs vs. 7 V/µs) for faster signal response and processing capability. Furthermore, it features lower input offset voltage (100 µV vs. 250 µV) and input bias current (1 pA vs. 2 pA), enabling superior DC accuracy. Additionally, it is AEC-Q100 qualified for enhanced reliability in automotive applications. Both devices are fully compatible in supply voltage range and package footprint. While the TSV992AIYST has a marginally higher quiescent current per channel (820 µA vs. 800 µA), the difference is negligible. For the vast majority of applications, the TSV992AIYST can be a direct drop-in replacement that delivers performance gains.
2. LMV822IYST Substitution Conclusion The LMV822IYST has low feasibility as a general-purpose substitute for the TLV2622IDGKR and is only suitable for specific use cases.
