Overall, the TS1871IYLT can serve as a viable performance-enhanced/specific-requirement substitute for the OPA313IDBVT, but it is not a direct "drop-in" replacement for low-power applications. The two devices are fully compatible in package (SOT-23-5), supply voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V/6V), and rail-to-rail output characteristics, ensuring fundamental hardware interchangeability.
Significant differences exist in their core specifications. Firstly, regarding performance, the TS1871 outperforms the OPA313 in slew rate (0.6 vs. 0.5 V/µs), gain bandwidth product (1.8 vs. 1 MHz), output drive capability (80 vs. 15 mA), and input offset voltage (100 vs. 500 µV).
