1. AD8032ARZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The AD8032ARZ is significantly inferior to the LMH6619QMAKE in several key performance parameters: its –3 dB bandwidth (80 MHz vs. 140 MHz) and slew rate (35 V/µs vs. 57 V/µs) are lower, resulting in reduced signal processing speed and bandwidth capability, making it unsuitable for high-frequency or fast-transient applications in the original design; its input offset voltage (1 mV vs. 100 µV) is an order of magnitude higher, which will introduce significantly greater DC error and severely impact the accuracy of precision amplification or DC-coupled circuits; furthermore, its output drive current (15 mA vs. 35 mA) is also lower, providing insufficient capability to drive low-impedance loads. Additionally, the LMH6619QMAKE is AEC-Q100 qualified, whereas the AD8032ARZ does not specify this certification and therefore cannot be directly used in high-reliability fields such as automotive electronics.
2. AD8032BRZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion Substitution may be cautiously evaluated in non-automotive and non-high-precision applications. If the application has relaxed requirements for bandwidth, speed, and DC accuracy, and is limited to industrial or commercial temperature ranges, it may be considered as a downgrade alternative.
