1. LT1803IS5TRM Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The LT1803IS5TRM significantly outperforms the OPA703 in bandwidth (83 MHz vs. 1 MHz) and slew rate (88 V/µs vs. 0.6 V/µs), but its quiescent current (2.5 mA vs. 160 µA) is more than 15 times higher, while input bias current (2.5 µA vs. 1 pA) and input offset voltage (1.5 mV vs. 160 µV) are substantially worse. In applications requiring low power, high precision, or high‑impedance signal conditioning, the LT1803 may introduce excessive power consumption, increased DC error, or noise interference. It is suitable only for systems with strict demands on speed and output drive capability (50 mA) that can tolerate the loss in precision.
2. LT6202IS5TRPBF Substitution Conclusion Substitution should be approached with caution and requires application‑specific evaluation. The LT6202IS5TRPBF also offers high‑speed performance (100 MHz bandwidth, 25 V/µs slew rate), but its quiescent current (2.8 mA) is much higher than that of the OPA703, and input offset voltage (2.6 mV) and bias current (3.8 µA) are considerably increased, which may degrade the accuracy of precision amplification circuits. Its advantages lie in higher output drive capability (40 mA) and a wide supply voltage range. Therefore, it is only suitable for applications where speed and drive are critical and power consumption and DC precision are not sensitive parameters. Before replacement, circuit compatibility in terms of DC error, power dissipation, and stability must be verified.
