1. TLE2061CD Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. Although the package is compatible and the maximum supply voltage matches, the TLE2061CD is a single-channel op-amp (whereas the original part is dual-channel), and direct replacement would leave one amplifier channel unused in the circuit. Its minimum operating voltage of 7V (compared to 3V for the original) may prevent startup in low-voltage applications. Additionally, its extremely low input bias current (4pA), while suitable for high-impedance sensor signal conditioning, may require recalibration if the original circuit relies on specific input impedance characteristics. Substitution would necessitate redesign of the circuit topology or supply scheme and is only viable in applications that do not require low-voltage operation and only need a single channel.
2. TL062BCD Substitution Conclusion
Substitution should be approached with caution and requires rigorous evaluation of system requirements. While the TL062BCD is dual-channel and package-compatible, its input offset voltage is as high as 2mV (compared to 500µV for the original), which could introduce significant error in precision amplification or DC-coupled applications. Its supply range is narrower (10–30V) with a higher minimum voltage, unable to cover the original part’s 3V low-voltage operation. The output current of only 20mA (versus 40mA for the original) may limit drive capability. After substitution, system accuracy, dynamic range, and supply adaptability may degrade. It is only suitable for non-precision applications where error tolerance is high and the supply is stable.
