However, the actual current load on the SK26 in the application must be confirmed. 2. Operating Temperature Range: The SK26 has a junction temperature range of -65°C to 125°C, while the CDBB360-G is rated for -50°C to 150°C. The former offers wider reliability margins in low-temperature environments, whereas the latter provides higher tolerance at the high-temperature end. Replacement is not suitable if the application involves extreme low temperatures (below -50°C). If the junction temperature frequently exceeds 125°C due to ambient conditions or self-heating, the CDBB360-G may be the more advantageous option.
