This results in slower response to high-frequency or fast transient signals and a narrower effective bandwidth. Additionally, its output current capability is reduced (30mA vs. 40mA), diminishing its ability to drive heavy loads.
While its quiescent current is comparable to the LM358PW and its maximum supply voltage (32V) is slightly better than the TI part's, the comprehensive reduction in critical performance metrics prevents it from matching the original's performance level. The package (8-LSSOP) is the same size, but pin-to-package compatibility with an 8-TSSOP must be verified.
In summary, this is not an equivalent substitute. It should be considered only for low-cost solutions where speed and drive capability are not critical.
