1. TLE2071ACD Substitution Conclusion
Direct substitution is not recommended. While the TLE2071ACD is package-compatible and exhibits a comparable input offset voltage, its core performance parameters differ fundamentally from the original part. As a J-FET input amplifier, it offers an extremely low input bias current (20 pA), making it suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces. However, its gain bandwidth product (10 MHz) and slew rate (45 V/µs) are significantly lower than those of the AD847JRZ (50 MHz, 300 V/µs). This will result in severe bandwidth limitation and waveform distortion in high-frequency or fast-transient signal applications. Additionally, its lower supply current (1.7 mA), while beneficial for power saving, cannot meet the high-speed drive capability required by the original part. It is only suitable for low-frequency precision applications where high input impedance is needed but speed is not critical.
2. LT1354CS8TRPBF Substitution Conclusion
Conditional substitution; careful evaluation is required. The LT1354CS8 offers superior or comparable performance to the original part in terms of slew rate (400 V/µs) and supply current (1 mA), along with a lower input bias current (80 nA). However, its gain bandwidth product (12 MHz) is notably lower than that of the AD847JRZ (50 MHz), which may lead to increased closed-loop gain error at higher frequencies. Furthermore, the AD847JRZ is a current-feedback amplifier, whereas the LT1354 is based on a voltage-feedback architecture. These two topologies differ fundamentally in feedback resistor selection, the independence of bandwidth from gain, and DC precision. If the original circuit design relies on current-feedback characteristics (such as constant bandwidth over a wide gain range), direct substitution may introduce stability or frequency response issues. Consideration is recommended only for non-critical speed applications or after recalculating the feedback network.
