1. TLE2071ACD Substitution Conclusion
The TLE2071ACD has low feasibility as a direct substitute and is only suitable for non-critical applications where high precision and speed are not required. The key differences are as follows: First, its input offset voltage is as high as 470 µV, which is 5.5 times that of the AD8610ARZ (85 µV). In DC or low-frequency amplification applications, this will lead to a significant increase in initial error and temperature drift at the system output, severely degrading precision. Second, its gain-bandwidth product is only 10 MHz—less than half that of the AD8610ARZ (25 MHz)—and its slew rate (45 V/µs) is also relatively low. This directly limits the amplifier’s ability to handle high-frequency signals or fast transient responses, resulting in degraded dynamic performance. Although it offers a wider supply voltage range and lower quiescent current, these advantages cannot compensate for the substantial disadvantages in precision and bandwidth, which are core performance metrics for a JFET operational amplifier.
2. OPA602AU/2K5G4 Substitution Conclusion
The OPA602AU/2K5G4 is essentially not a viable direct substitute. The most critical difference is its input offset voltage, which is as high as 1 mV—more than an order of magnitude greater than that of the AD8610ARZ. This would introduce unacceptable DC errors in precision amplification and instrumentation applications, completely negating the high-precision characteristics of the original part. Furthermore, its gain-bandwidth product (6.5 MHz) and slew rate (35 V/µs) are both significantly lower than those of the AD8610, substantially limiting signal bandwidth and processing speed. Additionally, its output current capability (20 mA) is only half that of the AD8610 (45 mA), which may prevent it from driving the same loads. Although its input bias current is very low, its overall performance parameters are far from matching the design intent of the AD8610ARZ.
