Key performance gaps include an input offset voltage of up to 5 mV (compared to 500 μV for the BA4558), which significantly degrades DC accuracy; a gain-bandwidth product of only 1.1 MHz (vs. 2 MHz for the BA4558), constraining high-frequency response; and a slew rate of 0.6 V/μs (vs. 1 V/μs for the BA4558), resulting in slower large-signal transient response. Although it offers a wider supply range (3–30 V), lower quiescent current, and AEC-Q100 automotive qualification, the substantial differences in core performance parameters restrict its use to non-critical analog signal processing applications where precision and speed are not stringent.
