1. RC4558DRG3 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The RC4558DRG3 represents a downgrade in several key performance parameters compared to the BA4560RFJ-GE2. Its slew rate (1.7 V/µs) and gain-bandwidth product (3 MHz) are both lower, which reduces signal processing speed and available bandwidth, potentially impacting dynamic response and high-frequency performance. Furthermore, its higher input bias current (150 nA) introduces greater error when interfacing with high-impedance signal sources. Its higher minimum operating voltage (10 V) also precludes use in 8-10V low-voltage systems. While the package is compatible and quiescent current is similar, these performance degradations make it unsuitable for direct replacement in applications requiring the performance of the original part.
2. AS358MTR-E1 Substitution Conclusion Substitution is only viable under specific conditions and must be approached with caution. The core differences of the AS358MTR-E1 lie in its significantly higher input offset voltage (2 mV) and its very low total quiescent current (~1.4 mA).
