1. FMAT1009 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is feasible only when the system operating frequency does not exceed 6 GHz; otherwise, it is not recommended. The key difference lies in the frequency range (FMAT1009: 0–6 GHz vs. original part: 0–18 GHz). If the application frequency exceeds 6 GHz, the attenuator’s attenuation will deviate from the nominal 3 dB, insertion loss will increase, and performance cannot be guaranteed. This may lead to signal distortion or degradation of system specifications. All other parameters—attenuation value, power handling, impedance, and interface—are fully compatible between the two parts.
2. SA6-03 Substitution Conclusion Similar to the FMAT1009, the SA6-03 can only replace the original part in frequency bands below 6 GHz.
