1. TLE2071ACD Substitution Conclusion
The TLE2071ACD is not a viable direct replacement. While it offers package compatibility and an exceptionally low input bias current (20pA), making it suitable for sensor applications requiring high-impedance interfaces, its core high-speed performance specifications differ significantly. Its slew rate (45V/µs) is only about one-tenth that of the original part (400V/µs), and its gain-bandwidth product (10 MHz) is also slightly lower. When processing fast-changing signals (e.g., pulses, video) or where high closed-loop bandwidth is required, the TLE2071ACD will introduce significant distortion or fail to achieve the original design's signal fidelity and response speed, thereby sacrificing the critical high-speed characteristics of the LT1354.
2. AD744JRZ-REEL Substitution Conclusion
The AD744JRZ-REEL is similarly unsuitable for direct substitution. Like the TLE2071ACD, it benefits from the ultra-low input bias current (30pA) of its JFET input stage. Its slew rate (75V/µs) and bandwidth (13 MHz) are superior to those of the TLE2071ACD, yet they still fall far short of the original part's high-speed performance benchmark. Furthermore, its minimum operating voltage (9V) is higher than that of the LT1354 (5V), limiting its use in single-supply or lower-voltage systems, while its higher quiescent current (3.5mA) increases overall system power consumption. Direct substitution would result in degraded circuit high-speed performance and may necessitate changes to the power supply and power budget design.
