1. AD847JRZ-REEL7 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. Although the package is identical and both are ADI products, significant differences exist in key operating conditions and performance. The minimum operating voltage of the AD847 (9V) is substantially higher than that of the LT1354 (5V), rendering it incompatible with lower supply systems such as single 5V or ±2.5V rails. Its quiescent current (5.3mA) is over five times greater than the LT1354's (1mA), leading to a significant increase in power consumption, making it unsuitable for power-sensitive applications. Furthermore, its input bias current (3.3μA) is two orders of magnitude larger than the LT1354's (80nA), which would introduce substantially higher error currents in circuits with high-impedance signal sources. Substitution is only feasible if the system operates at a higher supply voltage and power consumption is not a concern.
2. TLE2071AQDRQ1 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not advised. While the package is compatible, its supply range (4.5-38V) covers that of the LT1354 (5-30V), and it offers the advantage of automotive-grade reliability, its core dynamic performance parameters are critically mismatched. The slew rate of the TLE2071 (45V/µs) is only approximately one-ninth that of the LT1354 (400V/µs). When processing high-speed transient signals, the TLE2071's output response will be significantly slower, making it highly susceptible to signal distortion. This represents an insurmountable technical barrier for this substitution. Although its gain-bandwidth product (10MHz) is comparable and its J-FET input provides the benefit of ultra-low input bias current (20pA), the extremely low slew rate fundamentally disqualifies it from handling the high-speed signal processing applications for which the original part is intended.
