1. OPA704NA/250 Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution of the OPA704NA/250 for the LT1803IS5TRMPBF is not feasible due to significant differences in key performance parameters. The discrepancies include: the OPA704’s gain-bandwidth product (3 MHz) and slew rate (3 V/µs) are substantially lower than those of the LT1803 (83 MHz, 88 V/µs), resulting in severely inadequate performance in high-speed or high-frequency signal processing applications. Additionally, the OPA704’s output current (10 mA) is only one-fifth that of the LT1803 (50 mA), limiting its drive capability. Its supply voltage range (4–12 V) also fails to cover the LT1803’s wider requirement (2.3–12.6 V), which may lead to failure in low-voltage applications.
