1. TL4581DR Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not feasible. The TL4581DR is an audio-specific operational amplifier with an input bias current (200nA) two orders of magnitude higher than that of the AD8672 (3nA), and an input offset voltage (500µV) 25 times greater than the AD8672 (20µV). These characteristics would introduce significant errors in precision DC or low-frequency signal processing. Although it shares the same gain-bandwidth product (10MHz) and offers a higher slew rate (9V/µs), its design prioritizes AC audio performance over DC accuracy. Additionally, its upper supply voltage limit is lower (30V vs. 36V). Therefore, it is only suitable for AC applications centered in the audio frequency range where input errors are not critical, and it cannot meet the requirements for high-precision measurement or wider supply voltage operation.
2. TL082ACDT Substitution Conclusion Direct substitution is not recommended. The TL082ACDT employs a JFET input stage, providing an extremely low input bias current (20pA) suitable for high-impedance sensor interfaces. However, its input offset voltage is as high as 3mV, which is 150 times greater than that of the AD8672 (20µV), resulting in severely inadequate DC precision.
