1. LMV722M Substitution Conclusion The LMV722M exhibits close alignment with the original AD8692ARZ-REEL in dynamic performance (bandwidth, slew rate) and package footprint. However, its input bias current (260 nA vs. 1 pA) is five orders of magnitude higher, and its quiescent current (2.01mA vs. 0.95mA) is significantly greater. In precision DC or low-frequency applications involving high-impedance signal sources (e.g., photodiodes, pH electrodes), the LMV722M would introduce substantial input bias errors and higher power dissipation, making it unsuitable for direct substitution. For general-purpose audio or signal conditioning circuits where source impedance is low and AC performance is the primary concern, it could serve as a higher-performance but more power-hungry alternative.
2. LMV822M Substitution Conclusion The LMV822M is comparable to the original AD8692ARZ-REEL in terms of static power consumption and package. However, its key performance metrics are uniformly degraded: gain-bandwidth product (5.6 MHz vs. 10 MHz) and slew rate (2V/µs vs. 5V/µs) are approximately halved, input offset voltage (1 mV vs. 400 µV) is 2.5 times worse, and output drive capability (45 mA vs. 80 mA) is weaker. Substituting with this part would result in significant reductions in system bandwidth, large-signal response speed, DC accuracy, and load-driving capability. It is only marginally suitable for low-frequency, non-precision circuits with relaxed requirements for dynamic performance and accuracy, resulting in very low overall substitution feasibility.
