1. SA6S10W-20 Substitution Conclusion
The SA6S10W-20 can serve as a substitute for the original part FMAT7626-20, but only in applications where the operating frequency does not exceed 6 GHz. The key difference between the two lies in the frequency range: the SA6S10W-20 covers 0–6 GHz, whereas the original part supports 0–18 GHz. If the system frequency exceeds 6 GHz, the substitute part cannot guarantee attenuation accuracy or performance stability, potentially leading to signal distortion or abnormal power handling. In all other respects—including attenuation value (20 dB), power rating (10 W), and impedance (50 Ω)—the two components are identical. Therefore, direct substitution with equivalent electrical performance is acceptable in low-to-mid frequency applications (≤6 GHz), but its use must be strictly avoided in high-frequency scenarios.
