Refund & Return Policy
Clear guidelines for refunds, returns, and exchanges
1. Refunds (30 days)
We accept refund requests within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, in original antistatic packaging.
Not received?
We refund or reship if delivery exceeds regular time, unless caused by customer (wrong address, customs refusal, etc.). Delays due to weather, post office, customs, or protests are not guaranteed but we will assist.
Missing items?
Check all boxes and packing material first. If still missing, email support with order number, missing part description, and photos of the parcel. We will check warehouse records and respond.
Process: Contact support → we verify → solution offered case by case.
2. Returns (General)
By returning products, you certify they were purchased from us and not substituted. Return in original packaging, unused (except defective). ESD/moisture-sensitive products must not be opened unless under controlled conditions.
Return windows:
- • Change of mind / wrong part ordered: 30 days, customer pays return shipping, 15% restocking fee (waived for store credit).
- • Defective / wrong item shipped: 30 days, we pay return shipping, no fee.
- • Non-original / fake / quality issue: 90 days, requires third-party test report from an accredited lab (cost reimbursed if claim valid).
Non-returnable:
Opened ESD bags, used/soldered parts, cut tape, clearance/EOL items, non-RMA shipments.
Important: Return freight must be prepaid – no COD. Customs fees for customer-reason returns are borne by customer.
Procedure: Request RMA via email first. Do not ship without RMA number. We inspect within 5-7 days. Refund within 14 days after approval.

US consumers

B2B customers
- • 15 days
- • 20% restocking fee
- • Bulk orders (≥100 pcs) final unless defective
