Return Policy
We accept returns on non-customized electronic components within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
Damaged Goods
If you receive damaged or defective goods, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any restocking fees (if applicable) and shipping charges.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, opened ESD-sensitive components, and software licenses are non-returnable.
