Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship via UPS, FedEx, TNT, SF Express (Shunfeng), and DHL.

Customers may also specify their own preferred carrier or use their own shipping account (see section 4 below).

2. Shipping Cost

• • Base shipping cost starts at $38 USD for packages ≤0.5 kg (or equivalent volume).
• • Some countries have higher base rates (e.g., South Africa, Brazil, India, Pakistan, Israel – actual cost will be calculated at checkout).
• • Important: Shipping cost does not include any taxes, insurance, handling fees, duties, tariffs, or other similar charges. These are solely the customer's responsibility.
• • Final freight depends on weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier.

4. Using Your Own Shipping Account

You may use your own UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL, or SF Express account.

During checkout, select "Use my own shipping account" and enter your account number. We will prepare the shipment and charge only for handling (if applicable).

5. Shipping Restrictions

• • We ship from China to most countries worldwide.
• • For certain European countries (e.g., Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain), only FedEx is currently available for shipments under 5 kg. DHL is available for orders above 5 kg.
• • Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered components can be lawfully imported into their country.
